Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping and returns worldwide.

Please note that if your order contains several items, then we might ship them in more than one parcel. You will receive a separate notification with a tracking number for each parcel.

TRACKING

All parcels are tracked so you can keep up to date with the status of your order. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the parcel has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipment details to be updated in our tracking system. Shipping times are subject to stock availability and postage carrier delays. We will always endeavor to get your order processed and shipped out as soon as possible.

HANDLING

All orders will be processed within 2 business days from when payment has been received. Orders will be be processed Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (except for public holidays).

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Your tracking number will be emailed or sent as a text message to you once the order has been shipped. Enter your tracking number on the Order Lookup page to get a delivery update on your order. 

RETURNS

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 60-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • 60 Day Workout Guarantee - Use it out for 60 days and if it doesn't perform, return it for a full refund.
  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a full refund.
  • For returns, please email info@raemedy.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. You are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
